Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered! If not, you can return or exchange any item(s) in new and unused condition within 14 days.

Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items.

In order for the items to be accepted by our returns department, they must be in new and unused condition with tags and liners intact.

Exclusions

Please note that final sale items are non-returnable. Should you return a Final Sale item, E. Forlini inc.  is unable to refund, give store credit or re-ship the item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  All exchanges must be authorized and approved by E. Forlini Salon & Boutique. You will be notified of the item status for all items received.  .  In the event an exchange is desired, please contact us directly by e-mail, phone, or via our website contact form.  Some of our products may include free shipping, so for those products, if exchanged, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return.  E. Forlini Salon & Boutique reserves the right to modify the Return and Exchange Policy for any reason, or no particular reason at all, with or without notice.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM -- Defective products and items must be shipped back within one week of purchase.  Please inspect your order upon receipt, if an item is defective, or the wrong item was received, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!  E. Forlini Salon & Boutique is not responsible for the shipping costs on returned items.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
 – Certain items that are Built-To-Order or Custom are not returnable. These items will be clearly marked as such in the product detail.


RETURN PROCEDURE

  • Contact us via e-mail, site contact form or telephone to let us know you need to return something.
  • Include all paperwork, products and items, and in a secure package.
  • All exchanged items must be brand new, uninstalled, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Do not write on or place labels directly on the manufacturer packaging.

  • Exchanged items will be inspected when they arrive.
  • Keep the tracking number of your preferred shipper so that you can monitor its delivery


NOTE:
 E. Forlini Salon & Boutique is not responsible for any TAXES, TARRIF or CUSTOMS FEES incurred by an international purchase. E. Forlini Salon & Boutique is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.  Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to the delivery carrier.
